Wayne Sticha began matching talent to opportunity as an executive recruiter in 1987 when he joined an award winning retained search firm. Nearly two decades of litigation and board room experience proved invaluable to law firm and corporate clients through the years as he assisted them in their continued growth and success.

Wayne’s ability to match candidates’ unique talents, goals, and aspirations to clients’ needs has stood the test of time. Many former candidates are present clients and many more have spent their entire careers at his clients’ organizations.  His name has appeared in national and local trade publications and he has also been retained and testified as an expert witness on employment issues.

His talents have been successfully utilized by many professionals and many industries.  He has experience with all practice areas and levels of legal talent, both corporate and law firm. Additionally, over the years he has been called upon to assist clients with corporate management and executive positions as well as engineering, sales, distribution, and marketing positions within the medical device, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, computer, aerospace, defense and other manufacturing industries.
